As I recently have some time, I had been surfing on the internet last week. On the lookout for new, intriguing tips, inspiring meals that I have never used before, to astonish my family with. Hunting for quite some time but could not find too many interesting stuff. Right before I wanted to give up on it, I came upon this delightful and easy dessert by chance. It looked so delicious on its pic, it called for quick actions.

It absolutely was not difficult to imagine just how it’s created, its taste and just how much my husband will love it. Mind you, it is quite easy to please the guy in terms of puddings. Anyways, I went to the site: Suncakemom and simply used the step-by-step instuctions which were coupled with great snap shots of the operation. It really makes life much simpler. I could imagine that it is a slight effort to shoot photos in the middle of cooking in the kitchen as you may typically have sticky hands thus i seriously appreciate the commitment she placed in to make this post and recipe conveniently implemented.

Having said that I’m inspired to present my own recipe similarly. Many thanks the idea.

I was fine tuning the original recipe to make it for the taste of my family. I have to tell you it was a terrific outcome. They loved the flavor, the structure and loved having a delicacy such as this in the midst of a busy week. They quite simply wanted even more, many more. Hence the next occasion I’m not going to commit the same mistake. I am gonna twin the quantity to get them delighted.

Advanced – Skillet

Heat oil to medium to high then sear the sausages on both side until golden brown, for about 3 minutes each side. Take them out of the pan if short of space.

Saute sliced onion and salt on high heat until it gets a glassy / translucent look, for about 3 – 5 minutes.

Add the sliced pepper and tomato then saute for another 3 – 5 minutes.

Reduce the heat to medium to low. Mix in garlic, oregano, basil and put the sausages back. Place the lid on and cook for 7 – 10 minutes or until the desired texture is achieved.
