Mushroom Sauce For Pasta

Torn between worlds when picking the right sauce before the dinner is served? Mushroom sauce will help finding the answer!

As I most recently have some time, I had been browsing on the web the other day. In need of fresh, challenging ideas, inspiring recipes that I have never tested before, to impress my family with. Searching for quite some time yet could not find lots of interesting stuff. Just before I wanted to give up on it, I stumbled on this yummy and simple dessert by chance. The dessert looked so mouth-watering on its photo, it required immediate action.

It absolutely was not so difficult to imagine the way it’s created, its taste and just how much boyfriend might like it. Mind you, it is rather easy to please the man when it comes to cakes. Anyhow, I got into the page: Suncakemom and used the comprehensive instuctions which were combined with nice images of the process. It just makes life quite easy. I could imagine that it is a bit of a inconvenience to shoot photographs in the midst of cooking in the kitchen as you may usually have sticky hands so I seriously appreciate the effort and time she put in for making this post .

That being said I’m encouraged to present my very own formulas in the same way. Many thanks for the idea.

I had been fine tuning the main recipe to make it for the taste of my family. I must say it had been a terrific success. They prized the flavour, the structure and loved getting a delicacy like this in the midst of a lively week. They basically asked for lots more, a lot more. So the next time I am not going to make the same mistake. I am going to multiply the amount to make them delighted.

Slice mushrooms.

Melt butter in a pan or simply use cooking oil.

Add the mushrooms, onion, salt and pepper.

Stir-fry on high heat (saute) until the mushrooms half in size and get a brown color. (Optional herbs like parsley can be added too.)

Stir in sour cream. Bring it to boil then let it sit a couple of minutes before serving.

Enjoy!
