Cauliflower Mash

Can mash potato adapt to the requirements of the new world or is it doomed to perish? Make this cauliflower mash to find it out!

As I most recently have some time, I had been browsing on the web last week. Trying to get new, stirring tips, inspirational dishes that I’ve never tested before, to astonish my loved ones with. Hunting for a while yet couldn’t find lots of interesting things. Just before I wanted to give up on it, I came upon this scrumptious and easy dessert by chance. It seemed so scrumptious on its pic, it called for instant actions.

It had been not so difficult to imagine the way it’s made, its taste and how much my husband will probably want it. Actually, it is very easy to impress him when it comes to cakes. Anyways, I visited the blog: Suncakemom and then used the step-by-step instuctions which were coupled with nice snap shots of the procedure. It really makes life much easier. I can imagine that it’s a bit of a inconvenience to shoot pics in the middle of cooking in the kitchen because you usually have sticky hands thus i highly appreciate the effort and time she placed in to make this post .

That being said I’m inspired to present my very own recipes in the same way. Thanks for the thought.

I was tweaking the original mixture to make it for the taste of my family. I can tell you it had been a great outcome. They prized the flavor, the thickness and loved having a delicacy such as this during a lively week. They basically demanded more, many more. Hence the next time I am not going to commit the same mistake. I am likely to multiply the volume to keep them pleased.

Take apart the cauliflower into florets.

Steam cauliflower for 10 minutes or until soft. For a bit of fun stir -fry them on butter in a pan until golden brown spots appear here and there. Although searing the cauliflower will ruin the perfect whiteness of the mash but it provides additional flavor.

Mash the cauliflower a bit then add the rest of the ingredients.

Finish mashing it to desired texture.
