I had been fine tuning the initial recipe to make it for the taste of my family. I have to mention it turned out a great outcome. Scoop the avocado out. For decorational purposes leave a small border otherwise take everything out.
Dice up the avocado and the red onion.
Shred the chicken up finely.
Place all the ingredients into a big enough bowl.
Mix everything together
Fill the salad back into the halved avocados or just spread it on something worthy.
