Mushroom Sauce Recipe

Torn between worlds when picking the right sauce before the dinner is served? Mushroom sauce will help finding the answer!

As I recently have some time, I was surfing on the internet last week. Trying to get fresh, stirring tips, inspirational dishes that I’ve never tasted before, to amaze my loved ones with. Searching for a while but could not find lots of interesting things. Right before I wanted to give up on it, I found this yummy and simple dessert by chance. The dessert looked so delightful on its photo, that called for instant action.

It had been not difficult to imagine just how it’s created, how it tastes and how much my hubby is going to like it. Actually, it is extremely easy to delight him in terms of cakes. Yes, I’m a blessed one. Or maybe he is.Anyway, I visited the site: Suncakemom and then used the step-by-step instuctions that were coupled with superb photos of the task. It just makes life quite easy. I could suppose it is a bit of a effort to shoot snap shots in the middle of cooking in the kitchen because you usually have gross hands so that i sincerely appreciate the time and energy she devote to make this post and recipe easily implemented.

With that said I’m empowered presenting my very own formulas in a similar way. Many thanks for the concept.

I had been tweaking the initial recipe to make it for the taste of my loved ones. I can tell you it was an awesome outcome. They loved the flavor, the consistency and enjoyed having a sweet like this during a busy week. They quite simply requested even more, a lot more. So the next time I am not going to commit the same mistake. I am gonna multiply the quantity to get them happy.

This is based on the Mushroom Sauce For Chicken from SunCakeMom

Slice mushrooms.

Melt butter in a pan or simply use cooking oil.

Add the mushrooms, onion, salt and pepper.

Stir-fry on high heat (saute) until the mushrooms half in size and get a brown color. (Optional herbs like parsley can be added too.)

Stir in sour cream. Bring it to boil then let it sit a couple of minutes before serving.

Enjoy!
