Keto pizza

Although few of us are Italian, giving up pizza when going on a low carb diet is like shattering our soul. Luckily though, in low carb pizza there is hope!

As I most recently have a little time, I was searching on the internet last week. In need of new, interesting ideas, inspirational dishes that I’ve never tasted before, to delight my family with. Hunting for quite some time unfortunately couldn’t discover lots of interesting stuff. Just before I thought to give up on it, I stumbled on this delightful and easy dessert by luck on Suncakemom. The dessert looked so scrumptious on its pic, it required immediate action.

It absolutely was not difficult to imagine just how it is created, its taste and how much boyfriend might love it. Mind you, it is extremely simple to impress the guy when it comes to cakes. Anyways, I visited the site and then used the step by step instuctions that have been coupled with wonderful pics of the procedure. It just makes life less difficult. I can suppose it is a bit of a hassle to shoot photos down the middle of cooking in the kitchen as you may will often have sticky hands and so i pretty appreciate the hard work she devote for making this post and recipe conveniently implemented.

Having said that I’m empowered to present my personal recipes in the same way. Many thanks the concept.

I was tweaking the original mixture to make it for the taste of my family. I must say it absolutely was a great success. They prized the flavor, the consistency and loved having a delicacy such as this during a hectic workweek. They ultimately requested more, more and more. So the next time I am not going to make the same miscalculation. I am gonna multiply the amount .

Preheat the oven to 350°F / 180°C.

Measure the mozzarella and the cream cheese into a bowl.

Put them into the microwave until they melt together for about 90 seconds on maximum power. Halfway through take the bowl out and stir them around a bit.(In case of missing microwave warm them over hot water, similarly to chocolate)

While the Cheese melts beat up the eggs quickly.

Mix in the Coconut flour.

Mix the melted cheese in, too. This is going to be a bit tough. As the cheese cools off, it’s going to be even harder. Luckily, we can put the whole thing back to the microwave for a couple of seconds to reheat it if necessary.

Mix until our dough becomes even consistency.

Cut out a pizza size circle shape from parchment paper and put the dough in the middle of the parchment paper.

Place another parchment paper on top. This doesn’t need to be circle shaped.

Spread out the dough to the size of the circle shaped parchment paper.

Take the top parchment paper off.

Correct any mistakes on our future crust.

Place the low-carb pizza dough into a 350°F / 180°C preheated oven for 15 – 25 minutes.
